摘　　要：在高等教育日益大众化的今天，伴随着我国经济结构调整、转型加速等不利影响，我国大学生的就业竞争达到前所未有的激烈程度。在高校中出现了毕业生困难群体，这个群体由于个人或社会、家庭因素等原因，导致他们在就业竞争中处于弱势地位，困难群体就业已成为高校毕业生就业工作中的重要组成部分。本文分析了影响高校毕业生困难群体顺利就业的自身原因，对目前高校就业服务与指导方面的不足进行了归纳，提出高校毕业生困难群体就业服务与指导的对策建议。The higher education is increasingly popular nowadays. With China＇s economic structure adjustment, transformation and other adverse effects; Chinese college graduates employment competition is more and more fierce. Graduates difficulty group appears in colleges and universities, due to personal or social, family factors, they are in a weak position in the employment competition. The disadvantaged groupg employment has become an important part of college graduates. This paper analyzes their own reasons which impact college graduates employ- ment, summarizes the shortcomings of current service and university employment guidance of college graduates, and puts forward countermeasures to service and guidance of the disadvantaged group~ employment.
