摘  要:目的 :观察葡甲胺 (NMG)对顺铂 (CP)染毒大鼠相关指标的影响 ,初步确定NMG预处理对CP所致大鼠肾损伤的预防作用。方法 :以不同剂量NMG预处理后给予CP ,收集染毒后 60~ 72h、 10 8~ 12 0h尿液 ,分别于染毒后 3d、 5d处死动物留取血液及肾脏 ,测定相关指标。结果 :NMG预处理可明显降低CP所致大鼠肾脏系数升高 ,抑制血尿素氮 (BUN)、尿蛋白、丙二醛 (MDA)含量升高 ,并随NMG剂量升高 ,作用越显著 ,存在一定的剂量—反应关系。结论 :NMG预处理能明显预防CP所致肾损伤。Objective:To study the effect of Meglumine (NMG) on several correlated parameters in rats exposed by Cisplatin(CP).Methods:The rats in three experimental groups were ig.NMG at the dose of 1.6,1.5 and3.8mg/kg body weight;the rats in other two groups were ig.NS(one group was used as NS control,the other as CP control group).One hour later,the rats in all groups,but in NS control group,were ip.CP at the dose of 5 mg/kg body weight;the rats in NS control group was ip.NS.the urine of rats of every group were collected pose ip.CP. All rats were killed 3 or 5 days after treatment.The changes of several correlated parameters were measured.Results:The result showed that the changes of several correlated parameters(The ratio of kidney weight to body weight,BNU values,urinary protein excretion,MDA levels in kidney cortex.)of experimental groups after NMG-pretreatment were all lower than those of the CP group rats.With increase in dose of NMG,the effect mentioned above was more outstanding.Morever,the effect has a dose-response relationship.Conclusion:It was suggested that NMG may prevent renal injury induced by CP.
