摘　　要：李贽虽非道家人士,却深受道家思想影响。李贽思想的道家内藏主要见于:李贽"童心说"内藏道家蕴涵,"童心说"直接受到老庄思想影响;李贽行为任性自然,传承于老庄悠然率性之本色,有道家风格;李贽思想的平等观,与道家学说如出一辙;李贽对传统封建统治思想的强烈批判,直接发扬了老庄的批判之风,他是道家批判精神的实际践履者;李贽大无畏的生死观不仅受到佛禅思想的影响,也受到过庄子"过隙人生"、"悬解"等理论的深刻影响。Although LI Zhi is not a Taoist, he is deeply influenced by Taoism. The Taoist connotation in LI Zhi＇ s thoughts is mainly displayed in ： LI Zhi＇ s theory of preserving childlike innocence which implies the perceptions of Taoist connotation and is directly affected by the thoughts of Laozi and Zhuangzi. LI Zhi behaves willfully and naturally, who inherited from Laozi and Zhuangzi＇ s nature of leisureliness and willfulness. LI Zhi＇ s idea of equality is exactly the same as Taoism. LI Zhi strongly criticizes the traditional feudal ideology, which carries forward the critical style of Laozi and Zhuangzi. He is practitioner of Taoist＇ s critical spirit. LI Zhi＇ s undaunted attitudes toward life and death are not only deeply affected by Zen Buddhism but also Zhuan- gzi＇ s theories of ＂Life is short＂ and ＂Removing from the bondage＂.
