摘  要:以马铃薯和黄瓜为供试作物,通过盆栽试验研究了生物有机肥和复合微生物菌剂对其富硒效果的影响。结果表明,对马铃薯和黄瓜含硒量影响最大的是基质中的硒浓度,基质中硒浓度越大,则马铃薯和黄瓜中硒含量越高;生物有机肥中的微生物能够提高马铃薯和黄瓜中硒含量,但施用有机肥过多却因有机肥对硒有吸附作用而降低了马铃薯和黄瓜中的硒含量;复合微生物菌剂能提高马铃薯中的硒含量,但却使黄瓜中的硒含量降低;施用农药减轻了病虫的危害从而提高了马铃薯和黄瓜的含硒量。The effects of selenium of potato and cucumber by using bio-organic fertilizer and compound biological bacterial manure was studied. The pot experiment results showed that the biggest influencing factor of selenium content in potato tuber and cucumber was the concentration of selenium in base material. The selenium content increased by adding the selenium concentration in base material. The selenium content of product can be increased by the microorganism of bio-organic fertiliz- er, but it can be reduced by using enormous bio-organic fertilizer because the selenium can be absorbed by the bio-organic fertilizer. The selenium content can be increased in potato but reduced in cucumber by using the compound biological bacte- rial manure. The agricultural chemicals can increase the selenium content of product.
