摘  要:超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,EC1.15.1.1,简称SOD)是广泛存在于生物体的一种十分重要的金属酶,因其对机体所具有的较高防护与保健价值而深受人们的关注。目前SOD主要来源于动物血液,资源有限。试验从微生物中提取SOD,通过分离、鉴定为假丝酵母(Candida glaebosa)。对假丝酵母的四个生长条件,即生长温度、接种量、初糖浓度和培养基的pH进行优化,从而得出产SOD的最优生长条件,即菌种在初糖浓度为50 g/L,pH为5.8的培养基中,接种3 mL,在26℃生长3 d所得的菌体具有最高的产SOD能力。Superoxide dismutase, EC1.15.1.1(SOD) is a very important metalloenzyme in organism. It was focused by people for its health protection. Currently, SOD was mainly obtained from animal's blood limited in nature. Obtaining SOD from mi- croorganism was an importart measure to solve this problem. The strain was isolated from the soil of orangery and identified as Candida glaebosa. It was incubated under optimized conditions such as temperature, quantity of inoculation, sugar concen- tration of culture medium and pH of culture medium. The results showed that the concentration of sugar 50 g / L, pH 5.8, in- oculation volume 3 mL and temperature 26 ℃ was the best incubation condition for the highest output of SOD.
