车前草提取物对三种储粮害虫的触杀活性研究

摘　　要：采用冷浸法以4种不同极性的溶剂(乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯和石油醚)对车前草(Plantago asiatica L.)活性成分进行粗提,采用药膜法研究提取物对玉米象(Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky)、谷蠹(Tribolium castaneum)、赤拟谷盗(Rhyzopertha dominica Fbricius)3种储粮害虫成虫的触杀作用。结果表明,丙酮提取物、石油醚提取物和乙醇提取物分别对玉米象、谷蠹和赤拟谷盗触杀效果较好,试虫校正死亡率可达到97%以上。The active ingredient from Plantago asiatica L. was extracted by four solvents（ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate and petroleum ether） with the method of cold-maceration. The contacting toxicity of the extracts against three main stored-grain pests including Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky, Tribolium castaneum and Rhyzopertha dominica Fbricius were tested by resid- ual film method. The results showed that acetone extracts, petroleum ether extracts and ethanol extracts had high contacting activity against Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky, Tribolium castaneum and Rhyzopertha dominica Fbricius, respectively. The corrected mortality of the tested pests reached more than 97%.
