摘 要:水生蔬菜在我国消费者的日常生活中处于重要地位。水生蔬菜种类多、风味独特,且多数具有保健功能,深受消费者喜爱。但近年来由于环境恶化,水体受到污染,以及农业投入品的不合理使用,严重影响了水生蔬菜的食用安全。针对水生蔬菜主要病虫害及其防治措施、农药使用情况,依据国内外现行污染物限量标准以及检测方法,结合近年来水生蔬菜中主要污染物的检测结果,提出水生蔬菜在质量安全控制中风险最大的主要监控项目,推荐适宜的限量值及相应的检测方法,旨在为水生蔬菜质量安全监管提供参考和指导。Aquatic vegetables are very important in the daily life of China consumers. Due to diverse varieties, special tastes and health functions, aquatic vegetables were favored by consumer. Considering the degradation of environment, pollution of water and unreasonable use of agricultural inputs in planting aquatic vegetables recently, some risks of food safety were fo- cused. The main pests and diseases in aquatic vegetables, the control measures and the use of pesticide were investigated. Some major contaminants in aquatic vegetables, the related maximum residue limits(MRLs) and analysis methods were rec- ommended according to the current domestic and international standards and our survey of major pollutants in aquatic vegeta- bles. It will provide a guidance for monitoring quality and safety of aquatic vegetables.
