摘 要:为了提高藜蒿栽植效率,降低栽植成本,设计了一种藜蒿扦插机。介绍了藜蒿扦插机关键工作部件扦插装置的结构和工作原理,分析确定了相关参数的设计依据;并依据藜蒿苗秆的机械物理特性和扦插装置的扦插要求,建立了扦插机构的运动学模型,借助分插机构辅助分析优化软件构建了其扦插轨迹,得出了优化的扦插参数组合为Φ0=35°,α0=-40°,S=138 mm。通过田间试验,对该扦插装置的苗秆扦插功能进行了验证。In order to improve the efficiency and decrease the cost of planting artemisia selengensis, a new type of trans- planting machine was designed. The key working component of the transplanting machine was the transplanting device, whose structure and working principle were introduced. The designing reasons for relevant parameters were analyzed and confirmed. According to the mechanical and physical characters of artemisia selengensis 's stalks and some demands for the transplanting device, the kinematic models for the transplanting mechanism were established. Taking advantage of Transplanting Mechanism Assistant Analysis And Optimizing Software, the transplanting track and a set of optimized transplanting parameters including Φ0 =35°, α0 =-40°, S=138 mm were obtained. The function of transplanting device can be achieved by field experiment.
