摘  要:目的:研究藤三七对高脂血症模型大鼠的降血脂作用。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养建立高脂血症大鼠模型,同时以低、中、高三个剂量藤三七灌胃,连续30 d,测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,藤三七中、高剂量组TC、TG明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),藤三七高剂量组HDL-C明显升高(P<0.05);藤三七中、高剂量组MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05),藤三七高剂量组SOD含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:藤三七对高脂血症大鼠具有降血脂作用,其作用机制可能与其提高机体抗氧化能力、减少脂质过氧化产物有关。Objective:To study the effect of Anredera Cordifolia (Ten) Steenis on blood lipid of rat models with hyperlipidemia.Methods:The hypedipidemia rat model was established by feeding with high-fat diet.At the same time the rats in treatment groups were intragastric administration respectively for 30 days.The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined.Results:Compared with the model group,the levels of TC and TG were deceased significantly in high-and middle-dose groups of Anredera Cordifolia (Ten) Steenis(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The level of HDL-C was increased significantly in high dose groups of A nredera Cordifolia (Ten) Steenis (P<0.05).The levels of MDA were deceased significantly in high-and middle-dose groups of Anredera Cordifolia(Ten) Steenis(P<0.05).The level of SOD was increased significantly in high dose groups of Anredera Cordifolia (Ten) Steenis (P<0.05).Conclusion:Anredera Cordifolia(Ten) Steenis can decrease the serum lipids of hyperlipidemic rats.Its functional mechanisms might lie in increasing the antioxidation of SOD and reducing MDA.
