摘  要:以某国产轿车车身为研究对象,建立了白车身有限元模型。运用Radioss求解器对该模型进行刚度分析,计算白车身扭转刚度及弯曲刚度,绘制车身扭转刚度曲线、弯曲刚度曲线并计算车身主要开口部分的变形量,分析比较刚度的分配情况,然后对车身结构件进行优化,使车身刚度有所提高,白车身质量减少8.2kg。The finite element model was established based on one home made car. The car stiffness characteristic was analysed by using Radioss solver. Then calculated the BIW torsional rigidity and bending stiffness, and the reasonable the ear body stiffness was got by making the curve of the torsional stiffness and bending stiffness and calculating the deformation of the body on main opening part. Then the body stiffness was improved and the car body was reduced by the 8.2kg in mass 'after the body structure optimization.
