摘 要:采用化学混凝-Fe2+/NaClO组合工艺处理石化废水,重点研究了NaClO用量、Fe2+用量、pH及反应时间对Fe2+/NaClO处理化学混凝处理后COD和氨氮去除效果的影响。结果表明:Fe2+/NaClO工艺对COD和氨氮有很好的去除效果,当NaClO用量为8 mL/L,Fe2+用量为224 mg/L,初始pH为6,氧化处理石化废水30 min时,出水的COD和氨氮去除率分别为85.2%和95.6%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级排放标准。Treating of petrochemical wastewater by chemical coagulation and Fe2+/NaClO oxidation process was carried out. The effects of dosage of NaCIO, dosage of Fe2+, initial pH and reaction time on the COD and NH4+-N removal were studied. The experimental results showed that the Fe2+/NaCIO oxidation process was a positive role on the removal of the COD and NH4+-N. When the dosage of NaCIO and Fe2+ was 8 mL/L and 224 mg/L, initial pH was 6, reaction time was 30 minutes, the removal rate of the COD and NH4+-N reached 85.2 % and 95.6 %. And the water quality of effluent reached the I-grade demand of the integrated wastewater discharge standard of China(GB/8978-1996).
