摘　　要：文章分析了高级职称馆员在学术研究中心态失衡和动力不足的心理因素,并从图书馆及相关组织和高级职称馆员自身等方面提出了应对措施,以期引起管理者的重视和同行的深思。This paper makes an analysis of the mentalities of the librarians with senior academic titles in scientific researches, points out some psychological factors causing their psychologicalimbalance and inadequate motivation to carry out scientific researches, and advances some countermeasures to the problems from the angles of the department of the libraries concerned and the librarians with senior academic titles themselves.
