摘  要:目的:研究藏药打箭菊挥发油化学成分的组成。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取打箭菊的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析其化学成分,用面积归一化法测定各化学成分的质量分数。结果:从打箭菊挥发油中共分离出40个组分,鉴定了其中26个,占挥发油总量的81.137%。主要成分有棕榈酸(41.530%)、亚麻油酸(13.659%)、顺式-β-合金欢烯(6.250%)、正二十三烷(4.899%)、肉豆蔻酸(3.465%)、二十九烷(2.783%)、正十五烷酸(1.460%)、植酮(1.218%)等。结论:藏药打箭菊挥发油中含有多种具有明显生物活性的成分,该试验可为其进一步的开发与利用提供依据。OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents in the volatile oils of Pyrethrum tatsienense. METHODS: The volatile oil was extracted from P tatsienense by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of the volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The relative contents of chemical constituents were determined by area normalization method. RESULTS: 40 compounds were detected, among which 26 components were identified, accounting for 81.137% of the total components of volatile oil. The main compounds were hexadecanoic acid (41.530 % ), linoleic acid ( 13.659 % ), cis-β-famesene (6.250 % ), tricosane (4.899 % ), myristic acid (3.465%), nonacosane (2.783%), pentadecanoic acid (1.460%), 2-pentadecanone (1.218%), etc. CONCLUSIONS :Many components in the volatile oils have obvious biological activity, and this research provides a scientific evidence for further exploitation and application of P. tatsienense.
