摘  要:采用种子冷藏和沙藏后控温催芽的方法,研究七叶一枝花种子育苗技术。结果表明:种子的出苗率达到了70%-80%。冷藏的种子育苗,其苗床育苗和种植地直播育苗的发芽率和出苗率均高于沙藏的;种植地直播育苗的发芽率和出苗率大小为核桃林〉杉木林〉金银花林;苗床育苗1年后移栽于不同林分下,其成活率冷藏的也高于沙藏的,其大小为核桃林〉杉木林〉金银花林,与不同林分下种子直播的结果基本一致,但移栽的成活率比种子直播的成活率要低。To research seedling technology of the Paris polyphyUa Smith, we were using the refrigeration and emergence of temperature control after the sand storage. The results showed that the seeds emergence rate has achieved to 70% - 80%. Comparison between seedling of the refrigeration and sand storage, the refrigeration better than sand storage both in germination rate and emergance rate, in seedling of seedbed and cultivated fields; seedling germination rate and seedling emergence is Nut forest 〉 China fir forest 〉 Honey suckle forest in seeding of cultivated fields. The refrigeration better than sand storage in survival rate and the size is Nut forest 〉 China fir forest 〉 Honey suckle forest, after 1 years later seedbed seedling transplanting into the different forest. With seed direct sowing, the results are basically identical in different for- est, but the survval rate of transplanting survival rate was lower than seed direct sowing.
