摘　　要：酶工程是一门技术应用性很强的学科,而实验课是实现知识转化为实践应用的重要途径。针对生物工程专业酶工程实验教学中存在的问题,立足于学生实践能力的培养,通过对项目设计、项目实施和项目评价几个环节,实施本课程的项目化教学改革。Enzyme engineering is a subject with strong application, and it＇s experiment teaching is an important way to realize the knowedge into practice. The paper analyzed the problems met in traditional enzyme engineering experiment teaching, and discussed the project-based teaching reform that aimed to cultivate students＇ practical ability, through putting effects on following three aspects that respectively was project design, project implementation and teaching evaluation.
