摘　　要：利用遗传算法的特点实现基于 H2 /h2 范数的时频混合系统降阶准则 ,这一方法的提出避免了传统方法的缺点 ,降阶系统达到了非常理想的性能。通过例子表明 ,该降阶方法优于目前普遍使用的其他降阶方法 .By using genetic algorithms to achieve the reduced order modeling in time frequency mix criterion based on H 2/h 2 norm,this new method avoids the disadvantage of other traditional ways,and the reduced order system gets an ideal performance. The example shows that this method is better than others.
