摘 要:目的探讨1型糖尿病(T1D)患者血清抗碳酸酐酶Ⅲ自身抗体水平的变化及其与抗氧化物、细胞因子之间的关系。方法选取T1D患者共368例(T1D组),另选取性别年龄匹配的健康受试者为对照组,测定其血清抗碳酸酐酶Ⅲ自身抗体、红细胞沉降率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等4种抗氧化物和白细胞介素(IL)-2等4种细胞因子的水平。结果 T1D患者血清抗碳酸酐酶Ⅲ自身抗体水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);T1D患者的SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)和丙二醛(MDA)水平显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05);T1D患者的IL-2、IL-3和干扰素(IFN)-γ显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗氧化物和细胞因子水平的变化可能参与了T1D患者碳酸酐酶Ⅲ抗体的产生。Objective To determine the carbonic anhydrase Ⅲ auto - antibody, the level of cytokines and antioxidants in the patients with type 1 diabetes (T1D). Methods Total 158 T1D patients were included into this study. The anhydrase Ⅲ auto -antibody, the level of 4 kinds of cytokines (IL-2, etc), 6 kinds of antioxidants (SOD, etc) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were detected in all these patients. Re- suits The levels of anhydrase Ⅲ auto - antibody, IL - 2, IL - 3 and IFN - T in T1D patients were significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈0. 05). The levels of SOD and GPx in T1D patients were significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The change of the levels of cytokines and antioxidants may take part in the generation of carbonic anhydrase Ⅲ auto - antibody in T1D patients.
