摘  要:目的 了解手足口病(HFMD)儿童咽部流感、副流感嗜血杆菌的携带状况和分离株生物型的分布,为预防和控制HFMD儿童呼吸道感染提供参考依据.方法 采集2012年1~6月住院儿童841例,其中HFMD儿童624例、非HFMD儿童217例的咽拭子,用嗜血杆菌专用培养基分离细菌,API NH试验条鉴定和生物学分型,分析嗜血杆菌携带率、分型及分布.结果① HFMD病例组检出嗜血杆菌143株,携带率为22.92%;非HFMD病例组检出嗜血杆菌42株,携带率为19.35%,两组携带率比较差异有显著性.②嗜血杆菌在HFMD儿童中主要分布于1~3周岁,流感嗜血杆菌生物型以Ⅱ型、Ⅳ型为主,副流感嗜血杆菌生物型以Ⅰ型、Ⅳ型为主.结论 HFMD儿童携带嗜血杆主要是Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅳ型,流感嗜血杆菌以致病较强Ⅱ型为主,加强嗜血杆菌监测,指导临床在治疗HFMD过程防范嗜血杆菌继发感染.Objective To investigate the carrier rate and the biotype patterns of isolates of Haemophilus influenzae ( H. influenzae) and Haemophilns parainflnenzae ( H. parainfluenzae) in children with hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and provide reference frame for preven- ting and controlling respiratory tract infection of children with HFMD. Methods Throat swabs were collected from 841 children in our hospital be- tween January 2012 and June 2012, 624 of whom were with HFMD, and 217 of whom were non - HFMD. Hemophilus isolates were obtained with Hemophilus specific culture medium, identified with API NH test. The biotype of the isolates was then examined. The carrier rate, types and dis- tribution of Hemophilus were analyzed. Results ①143 Hemophilus isolates were found among HFMD group and the carrier rate was 22.92% ; 42 Hemophilus isolates were found among the non -HFMD group and the carrier rate was 19.35%. The difference between the two groups in carrier rates was of statistical significance. ②Hemophilus was mainly found in the children of 1 - 3 years in HFMD group, the biotypes of H. influenzae were mainly II and IV, and the biotypes of H. parainfluenzae were mainly I and IV. Conclusion Hemophilus carried by children with HFMD are mainly type I, II and IV and H. influenzae is mainly the highly pathogenic type II. Strengthening the detection of Hemophilus can help to prevent secondary infection of Hemophilus clinically while curing HFMD.
