摘　　要：目的：观察小剂量尿激酶对脑梗死患者微循环及神经功能状态的影响。方法：选取2012年5月2013年6月本院收治且进行常规治疗干预的41例脑梗死患者为对照组。以常规治疗加小剂量尿激酶治疗的4l例患者为观察组，比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后7、2ld的甲襞微循环指标、血液黏滞度指标及血清神经功能相关指标。结果：观察组治疗后7、2]d的甲襞微循环指标、血液黏滞度指标及血清神经功能相关指标均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05），两组患者治疗后的上述各指标差异均有统计学意义（P均〈O．05）。结论：小剂量尿激酶对脑梗死患者微循环及神经功能状态的影响均较为积极，有助于改善脑梗死患者的预后。Objective= To observe the influence of low dose of urokinase on the microcirculation and nerve function state of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods. A total of 41 patients with cerebral in- farction who were treated in our hospital from May 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the control group, 4l cases who were treated with conventional therapy and low dose of urokinase were selected as the obser- vation group. Nailfold microeirculation, blood viscosity indexes and serum related indexes of nerve function of two groups were observed and compared before the treatment and on the 7th and 21th day after the treatment.
