血小板指标在胰腺炎患者中的检测价值研究

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨血小板指标在胰腺炎患者中的临床检测价值。方法:选取本院进行治疗的69例胰腺炎患者为观察组,69例健康者为对照组,然后将两组的血小板参数和活性指标进行比较,同时比较轻度、中度、重度及危重患者的检测结果。结果:观察组的血小板参数和活性指标均高于对照组,危重患者高于轻度、中度及重度患者,重度患者则高于轻度及中度患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血小板指标在胰腺炎患者中的检测价值较高,其在此类患者中呈现出明显升高的情况,对于了解胰腺炎的严重程度也发挥着积极的作用。Objective. To investigate the clinical value of platelet indexes detection in the patients with pancreatitis. Methods..A total of 69 patients with pancreatitis in our hospital were selected as observa- tion group,69 healthy people were the control group, then the platelet parameters and activity indexes of two groups were compared, and the detection results of patients with mild, moderate, severe and critical pancreatitis were also compared. Results. The platelet parameters and activity indexes of observation group were all higher than those of control group, and the detection results of patients with critical pancreatitis were all higher than those of patients with mild, moderate and severe pancreatitis,the detection results of patients with evere pancreatitis were all higher than those of patients with mild and moderate pancreatitis （P all d0.05）. Conclusion ,, Increased platelet indexes in the patients with pancreatitis indicate that those indexes plays active role in understanding the severity of pancreatitis.
