野菊花中十二种常量及微量元素的测定

摘　　要：采用干法对野菊花进行消解,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定野菊花中十二种常量及微量元素.测定的相对标准偏差为1.14 ％～9.63％,回收率为94.6 ％～100.9％.此研究结果表明该方法有很低的检出限,良好的测定精准度,适合测定野菊花中常量及微量元素的含量.The determination of twelve major and trace elements in the Mother Chrysanthemum was performed by ICP-AES using dry-ashing method. The relative standard deviation in measurement was 1.14 %-9.63 % .The recovery of samples standard addition was 94.6 %-100.9 %. Results indicated that the method has minitnum limits of detection, good measurement accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of major and trace elements in the Mother Chrysanthemum.
