摘  要:目的降低餐饮具集中消毒单位监督管理成本,提高执法效率。方法对蚌埠市餐饮具集中消毒单位将量化分级管理前后的执法成本及执法效果进行对比。结果根据不同级别进行监督检查,每年能够节约监管成本340 200元,提高执法效率。结论将量化分级管理应用到餐饮具集中消毒单位,既提高了执法效率,又节约了行政执法成本。Objective To decrease the tableware supervision and management cost in concentrated disinfection enterprises and improve the efficiency of law enforcement. Methods The cost and efficiency of law enforcement in concentrated disinfection enterprises of the catering trade in Bengbu city were compared before and after the quantified and graded management. Resuits Supervision and inspection were carried out according to different grades, which significantly improved the efficiency of law enforcement and could save about 340200.00 per year in the supervision cost. Conclusion The quantified and graded management of tableware concentrated disinfection enterprises can both improve the efficiency of law enforcement and save the cost of administrative law enforcement.
