摘　　要：介绍编辑部近年来培养青年编辑的经验，从参加出版专业资格考试和岗位培训、熟悉编辑流程、汇总常见错误类型，将稿件划分为几个主要模块，根据各模块的特点和要求，进行编辑加工、校对等方面入手，让无从业经验的青年编辑快速熟悉编辑业务。This paper introduced the experience ofyoung editors training in the editorial department. The young editors without any editing experience were conducted to be quickly familiar with the business of editor through participating in the published professional qualifications test and professional job training, being familiar with the editing process and the common error types, dividing the article into several main parts according to the characteristics and editing according to the requirements of them.
