摘　　要：国家经济社会"十二五"规划强调加快农业科技创新,推进农业技术集成化、劳动过程机械化和生产经营信息化,明确加快现代农业发展的目标。本文基于此现实背景,构建了涵盖认知动力、价值动力和环境动力的现代农业发展动力体系,并利用模型框架逐层分析现代农业发展的路径依赖,最后基于动力视角提出发展策略,即依赖政策驱动、市场拉动、环境推动、科技带动和人才联动,促进现代农业优化、创新、绿色、循环、人本的发展之路。It is explicitly put forward the goal of accelerating the development of modem agriculture in ＂The 12th Five-Year Plan＂ of National Economic and Social, which put emphasis on accelerating the innovation of agricultural science and technology, promoting the agricultural technology integration, labor process mechanization of production and management of information. Based on this social background, the paper vividly described the meaning of modern agriculture, and united lots of experience and lessons to build the two types of agriculture development power system that covered cognitive power, value power and environmental power, and used the perfect model framework to analyze the development path of modem agricultural. Finally, we put forward the clear development strategy on the basis of dynamic perspective, which relyed on the policy driven, market driven, environment driven, technology driven and talent linkage, to promote the optimization, innovation, green, circular road of modern agriculture development.
