依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的疗效和安全性。方法选择2010年4月—2013年1月我院收治的ACI患者116例,将其随机分为治疗组70例和对照组46例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上采用依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液治疗,均治疗14 d。比较两组患者疗效,并记录其神经功能缺损评分、Barthel指数和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.9%(65/70),高于对照组的67.4%(31/46)(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血常规、肝肾功能、心电图、凝血功能等均未见明显异常。结论依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液治疗ACI疗效显著,可促进患者神经功能的恢复。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of edaravone combined with xueshuantong injection on acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods 116 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from April 2010 to January 2013 were ran- domly divided into treatment group （70 cases） and control group （46 cases）. The control group given conventional treatment, and the treatment group given edaravone and xueshuantonginjection additionally. Both groups treated for 14 days. The clinic effi- cacy in two groups were observed, and the scores of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） and Barthel Index recor- ded. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 92. 9% （65/70）, higher than that of control group of 67. 4% （31/46）. After treatment, NIHSS scores in treatment group was lower than that of control group, Barthel index was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, no obvious abnormalities was found of liver and kidney function, ECG, blood coagulation etc. Conclusion Edaravone combined with xueshuantong injection in the treatment of ACI is effective, which can evidently improve nerve function.
