工程教育认证在专业建设中的引领与改革思考

摘　　要：高等工程教育(专业)认证的核心价值是合格认证与能力导向,在工程教育过程中以找问题为核心引领专业建设,以工程教育认证标准考量专业是否合格。同时工程教育要贯穿对学生能力的培养,在大学的4年教育过程中,把能力培养融入课程体系与教育教学活动之中。常州大学安全工程专业在工程教育实践中构建了职业安全工程师(安全工程专业毕业生)必须具备的能力构架,形成了能力培养模式与课程体系,在安全工程专业建设与人才培养中发挥了积极的指导作用。Conformity certification and ability orientation are core values of higher engineering education(professional)accreditation,which guides specialty construction by discovering problems and evaluates specialty eligibility with engineering education accreditation standards.Meanwhile,engineering education should concentrate on the cultivation of students' abilities,integrate the ability cultivation with the curriculum system as well as teaching activities in the four years' college education.Safety Engineering major of Changzhou University has established the ability framework needed for professional safety engineers(graduates of Safety Engineering)as well as the ability training mode and curriculum system in engineering education practice,and has brought positive guidance to the specialty construction and talents training.
