从剑桥大学的教育模式谈高校学术文化氛围的营造

摘　　要：学术氛围和文化底蕴是一所大学的一个非常重要的风向标。英国剑桥大学成功的教育模式给了我们许多宝贵的启示。剑桥大学在管理上实行独特的学院制管理模式,类似于美国松散的联邦制形式;在教育模式上剑桥大学实行导师制的教育模式;在治学理念上坚持原创性是所有发现的前提条件,并以此形成严谨的学风。文章在此基础上,提出我国高校应该提倡导师制、鼓励原创性、下放更多权力、推行以人为本,从而更好地营造先进的学术文化氛围。The present paper begins with a brief introduction to the University of Cambridge.Then it summarizes the operation and management pattern,the education mode,the ideas for pursuing studies,as well as the academic and cultural atmosphere of this university.Based upon all these review endeavors,the paper proposes that Chinese universities should promote tutorial system,encourage originality,devolve more powers upon their schools or departments,and implement the people-oriented principle,so as to create an advanced academic and cultural atmosphere.
