血清胱抑素C在恶性肿瘤患者肾功能监测中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys C)检测在恶性肿瘤患者肾功能评价中的临床应用。方法采用乳胶增强散射免疫比浊法对血清Cys C进行检测,并与尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿微量清蛋白(MA)、血清肌酐(Cr)结果进行比较。结果放、化疗前患者组各指标与健康对照组相比,Cys C、β2-MG和MA差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后4d各指标结果均升高,与化疗前相比只有Cys C差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);7d时与化疗前相比,Cys C、β2-MG和MA差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);14d时与化疗前相比,Cys C和β2-MG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cys C是评价恶性肿瘤患者肾功能早期损伤的一项敏感指标。Objective To discuss the clinical application of serum cystatin C（Cys C） for the renal function e- valuation in the patients with malignant tumors. Methods Serum Cys C was detected by the latex-enhanced immuno- turbidimetry, and urinary β2 -microglobulin （β2 -MG）, microalbumin （MA） and blood creatinine （Cr） were detected sim- ultaneously,their detection results were compared. Results The preradiochemotherapeutical levels of Cys C,β2-MG and MA had statistical difference between the patients group and the healthy control group（P〈0.05）. The above va- rious indexes on 4 d after chemotherapy were increased, but compared with before chemotherapy, only CysC difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05） ,Cys C,β2-MG and MA had statistical differences between on 7 d af- ter therapy and before chemotherapy（P〈0.01）;Cys C and β2-MG had statistical differences between on 14 d after therapy and before chemotherapy（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cys C is a sensitive indicator for evaluating early renal function damage in the patients with malignant tumors.
