摘　　要：文章根据《灵枢·天年》篇提出长寿与短命、先天与后天、生长与衰老、形体与神气、气血(精)与脏腑、正气与外邪、终寿与卒死(病死)七对关键词,以此作为临床中药补虚抗衰的初步规律,并以临床验案加以佐证。This paper proposes seven pairs of key words ： longevity and short-lived, inborn and postnatal, growth and senility, physiques and expression, Qi-blood and viscera, vital Qi and external injures, natural death and sudden death through Linshu Tiannian, and regards it as the initial law of treating deficienc, y and resisting senility and based on clinical practice.
