天然蜂王浆对气管平滑肌张力影响

摘　　要：目的:观察天然蜂王浆(Royal Jelly,RJ)对豚鼠气管平滑肌舒缩活动的影响。方法:取豚鼠气管条置于Krebs-Henseleit(K-H)液中行离体灌流,观察给RJ前后气管平滑肌舒缩活动的变化;先加入受体阻断剂后再加入RJ,观察气管条张力的变化。结果:加入RJ后,气管条的肌张力先轻度增加约2 min后降低,降低持续长达20 min以上,且呈剂量依赖性。在加入阿托品后,取消其增加平滑肌张力的作用,而在预先应用心得安后,其舒张气管平滑肌张力的作用降低。结论:蜂王浆能影响豚鼠气管平滑肌收缩活动,以舒张作用为主。Objective： To investigate the effect of royal jelly （ RJ ）on the tension of tracheal smooth muscle of guinea pig. Methods ： The change in the muscle tension of tracheal Strip was measured under tracheal strip puted into Krebs-Henseleit （ K-H ） liquid. Results ： With the addition of RJ, the muscle tension of tracheal strip was increased first for two minutes and then decreased up to 20 minutes. The acti0n of its increasing smooth muscle tension was canceled with the addition of atropine, while that of its relaxing tracheal smooth muscle tension was reduced with the pre-application of propranolol. Conclusion ： RJ could influence the contraction of tracheal smooth muscle of guinea pig, especially stronger in the relaxation than the contraction.
