中医益气法治疗肺癌探析

摘　　要：中医治疗肺癌在于减轻手术、放化疗的副作用,提高机体免疫力,抑制肿瘤细胞转移复发,缓解临床症状,改善病者体质,延长生命,提高生存质量。气虚是肺癌发生的基本病机,临床常用益气养阴、益气化痰、益气活血三法从气论治肺癌。各项临床研究及实验研究也证实了益气法治疗肺癌的科学性。Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer is to reduce the side effects of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, improve immunity, inhibit tumor cell metastasis, relieve the clinical symptoms and improve patients health, prolong life, and improve the quality of survival. Qi deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer. Tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin, tonifying Qi and removing phlegm, tonifying Qi and invigorating the circulation of blood are commonly used in clinic to treat lung cancer. The clinical and experimental studies have confirmed tonifying Qi is scientific for the treatment ~~f lung cancer.
