白龙片与HMBA对人胃癌周期细胞分化作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:对比研究白龙片与HMBA对人胃癌细胞的诱导分化作用。方法:采用高压笑气法将MGc803细胞进行同步化,分别收集G_1、S、G_2、M四期细胞,将中药复方白龙片与已知诱导合化剂HMBA分别处理各期细胞。结果:实验结果表明两种药物均可使MGC803细胞生长受到抑制、软琼脂集落形成减少及微丝结构增长。且以G_1期细胞效果最为明显。结论:表明白龙片与HMBA对人胃癌MGC803细胞的诱导分化作用具有明显相似的特点。Objective: Comparedly study, the function of Bailong Chinese Midicine and HMBA inducing MGC80 -3 cell differentiation. Method: Mdopting the Nitrous Oide cell Synchrony at high Pressure to Cynchronate MGC80- 3 cells,then collect Separately ,Gi. S. G2 andM four Phases cells, treated with 5mmol/L HMBA Known as inducer of cell differ-erfiation as well as Bailing Chinese medicine. Result Both medicines have the function of Suppression of cell proliferation, reduce of anchorag independent cloning growth of cells and strenthening of microfilaments. Exceptionally to the Gi Phase cells of MGC80 - 3, They have the obvious effects Conolusion:It implys that Bailong and HMBA have the Same Significant effects to the MGC80-3 cells.
