摘 要:针对永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motors,PMSM)恒压频比运行方式下的失步问题,对功角进行闭环控制。为其进行功角控制,其准确检测是关键。根据永磁同步电机功角定义,提出了永磁同步电机功角实时检测方法:霍尔位置传感器检测方法、绝对式光电编码器检测方法和无位置传感器扩展卡尔曼滤波(extended Kalman filter,EKF)估计方法。对位置感器检测方法的原理进行详细分析,对扩展卡尔曼滤波估计方法进行理论推导。实验结果表明这些方法精确度高、可靠有效,无位置传感器扩展卡尔曼滤波功角估计方法具有良好的静动态性能和鲁棒性。The problem of out-of-step is found in permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) when they are running under U/f control mode. To solve the problem, closed-loop control of power-angle is an effective method. For power-angle control, the accurate detection of the variable is the key problem. Based on the definition of PMSM power-angle, several real-time detection methods were proposed: hall position sensor based detection method, absolute optical encoder based detection method and extended Kalman filter (EKF) based estimation method. The principles of position sensor based detection methods were analyzed in detail and the theory of EKF based estimation method was also studied. Experimental re- suits show that these methods can effectively and reliably measure or estimate the PMSM power-angle with high precision, and the EKF based estimation method has good static and dynamic performance with strong robustness.
