摘 要:依据山东汶上县宝相寺新建的宝相宫空间钢结构布置的特点和施工场地条件,提出累积顶升安装的工艺,并结合该项目给出了详细的施工步骤。结合有限元模拟分析,验算各顶升阶段结构的安全性,进行顶升设备的选择。提出支撑胎架的下顶升设计方法,设计较为实用的顶升支撑胎架。最后,成功地将累积顶升安装方法和下顶升支撑胎架应用于工程实践。Taking one high rising Aquarius-shape spatial steel structure as the research object, the characteristics of the structure layout and construction site conditions were analyzed, and the cumulative lifting installation method was proposed, combined with the construction project in detail. Based on the finite element simulation analysis, the structure safety under every lifting stage was checked, and the lifting equipment was selected. The lower lifting design method was proposed for the jacking supporting frame, and the more practical jacking supporting frame was designed. Finally, the cumulative lifting installation method and the jacking supporting frame were successfully used in the engineering practice.
