开展幼儿足球运动的实践研究

摘　　要：运用文献法、实验法、访谈法、问卷法等研究方法对幼儿足球运动的实践展开研究.研究发现:足球运动能增强幼儿的反应能力和判断能力,提高他们的身体协调性,增强他们的记忆能力和关节灵活性,促使其小腿肌肉纤维变紧,骨突变大.此外,研究还表明足球运动能促进幼儿运动以及神经系统系统的发育.Research on children＇s playing of football is conducted with various research methods based on lit-erature , experiments , interviews and questionnaires .The results shows that the playing of football can enable chil-dren to respond more quickly and make better judgment , improve their physical coordination , and improve their memory ability as well as the flexibility of their joints by tightening the fibers of the shank muscle and enlarging the apophysis .Furthermore , the research also indicates that the playing of football can facilitate the development of children＇s motor and nervous systems .
