摘　　要：对风险管理的相关理论进行了简介,并对物流企业的风险及企业管理和风险的相关度进行了分析,从风险管理的角度对物流企业的转型进行了探讨。In this paper, we introduced the theory of risk management, analyzed the risk exposure of the logistics enterprises and the correlation between enterprise management and risk, and at the end, discussed the transformation of the logistics enterprises from the angle of risk management.
