摘　　要：研究了一类应急服务设施多重覆盖选址问题,充分考虑了每个需求点对应急服务设施的需求量及限定距离(时间),以及各个应急服务设施的服务能力等限制,以应急服务设施总运营成本最低为目标,建立了该问题的数学模型,并给出了求解模型的算法。通过具体的算例对模型及算法进行了求解及分析,得到了满意的结果。In this paper, we studied a type of multiple- coverage location problem of the emergency service facilities, thoroughly considered the demand volume of every demand point on the emergency service facilities and the distance（time） limitation, as well as the service capacity of each location of emergency service facilities, then established the corresponding mathematical model with the total operational cost of the facilities as the objective, and presented the algorithm for the solution of the model. At the end, we applied the algorithm and model to an empirical case.
