摘　　要：使用模糊综合评价法对物流企业人力资本运作评估问题进行了研究。首先对模糊综合评级法在物流企业人力资本运作评估中的程序和步骤问题进行阐述;接着具体研究探讨了基于模糊综合评价法的物流企业人力资本运作评估,从人力资本评价指标体系的构建、评价指标标准集合的建立、细分评价指标在总评价指标中权重的确定、评价矩阵的决定以及综合评价等方面进行了分析,指出了每个环节所要解决的重点关键问题;最后进行了实证分析,运用所构建的物流企业人力资本运作模糊综合评价模型对给定的物流企业人力资本运作问题进行了分析。In this paper, we studied the evaluation of the human asset operation of logistics enterprises using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method： first we introduced the procedure and steps of the application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of the human asset operation of logistics enterprises, then we introduced the specific process of the evaluation and pointed out the key problems to be solved in every steps. At the end, we applied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the human asset operation of logistics enterprises to an empirical case.
