摘　　要：针对食品冷链物流的特点,提出了适合食品冷链物流的虚拟企业运作模式;重点对虚拟企业构建的成员选择问题进行研究,建立了食品冷链物流虚拟企业成员选择评价指标体系;应用模糊信息熵对不同环节的待选成员企业进行评价,并通过算例证明了方法的有效性,为我国食品冷链物流虚拟企业运作提供参考。In this paper, in the view of the characteristics of food cold-chain logistics, we proposed the virtual enterprise operation mode suitable for food cold-chain logistics, studied emphatically the selection of members in the establishment of the virtual enterprise system, established the virtual enterprise evaluation index system and demonstrated the validity of the method through a numerical example.
