摘　　要：中国经济学的研究和发展目前存在过分强调国际化,轻思想重技术甚至玩方法、技巧、模型的两种偏差。正确认识和处理中国化与国际化的关系,应该是中学为本、西学为用,即中国化为本、国际化为用,积极借鉴人类文明创造的有益成果,洋为中用,或者说国际化为中国化服务。正确认识和处理思想性与技术性的关系,应该是技术性为思想性服务,努力实现两者科学的统一。The research and development of Chinese economics exist two kinds of deviation, which includes paying attention too much to the internationalization, and focused more on technology, but made light of thoughts even playing method, skill and model. Correctly understanding and dealing with the relationship between the chinization and internationalization, the western learning should for practical application and Chinese learning should be a base, which means the chinization is the base and the internationalization is for the usage. We should draw lessons from the beneficial achievements of human civilization created actively, make foreign things serve China. Correctly understanding and dealing with the relationship between the ideological content and the technicality, should be the technicality services for the ideological content, efforts to achieve their scientific unity.
