学前教育大专学生专业认同现状调查研究——以柳州师专为例

摘　　要：通过对专业的认知与了解、情感态度及专业学习与发展三个方面来了解学生对专业的认同程度,结果显示学生对专业的认知了解程度不高,真正热爱本专业的人数不多,对专业的学习与发展缺乏规划。建议从培养专业兴趣,建立专业情感;优化课程设计,提升专业能力;加强专业教育,体现专业价值;打破历史偏见,坚定专业信念四个方面培养学生的专业认同感。The survey attempts to find out the level of professional identity from the aspects of students＇ professional understanding, emotional attitude and professional learning and development.The result shows that students are not well acquainted themselves with professional knowledge and there is an absence of long-term planning of professional learning and development.The students are suggested to cultivate interest and establish a relationship with the major, and we should optimize course design and develop professional ability, strengthen the professional education to reflect the professional value, break the prejudice and keep firm professional beliefs.
