藁本中2种主要活性成分的高效液相色谱定量分析方法研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立藁本中 2种主要活性成分 :阿魏酸及藁本内酯的定量分析方法 ,以评价藁本药材质量。方法 :以ODS柱分析 ,乙腈 -水 (磷酸调pH至 4 0 )为流动相进行梯度洗脱 ,检测波长为 2 84nm ,采用外标法测定了19个产地的藁本样品。结果 :19个产地的藁本样品中均含有阿魏酸及藁本内酯 ,且含量均较高。结论Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method to separate and determine the two main active constituents,ferulic acid and ligustilide,in plants of genus Ligusticum,and also to evaluate the quality of the rhizoma of Ligusticum.Method:ODS column was used.The mobile phase for gradient elution consisted of acetonitrile and water(adjusted to pH 4 0 with H 3PO 4).The two active constituents were detected at 284 nm.Quantitative determination of the two active constituents in the rhizoma of Ligusticum from 19 different habitats was carried out.Results:The rhizoma of Ligusticum from 19 different habitats all contained the two active constituents in relatively high percentage.Conclusion: The two active constituents can be used for the quality control of the rhizoma of Ligusticum.
