承接产业转移背景下地方高职教育人才培养新认识

摘　　要：随着湖南省湘南承接产业转移示范区建设的开展,湘南地区高职教育人才培养必须要有新的认识:产业结构的优化、升级和转移应是高职教育改革和发展的动力;校企合作办学,学校与政府、行业、企业搭建合作平台是高职教育在实现产业结构调整和产业转移中培养高端技能型人才的发展方向;产业转移背景下,高职教育自身存在的问题不能忽视;进一步改革与发展高职教育,是实现产业转移的重要途径。With the development of the construction of Hunan＇s Xiangnan Industrial Transference Conducting Demonstrative Zone, south Hunan＇s vocational talent cultivation must have new aware- ness： industrial structure＇s optimization, upgrading and transference should be the power of voca- tional education＇s reform and development; college- enterprises＇ corporative schooling , college build up corporative platform with government, industry, enterprise is the orientation of cultivating top skilled talents in the industrial structure adjustment and industrial transference. Under the background of industrial transference, problems existing in vocational education must not be ig- nored. Reforming and developing vocational is the crucial access to the realization of industrial transference.
