84例贫血患者的中医证型分析

摘　　要：对 8 4例贫血患者进行中医证型调查 ,结果显示 :血虚证的症状在贫血患者中有较高出现率 ;贫血患者证型分布广泛 ,达 13个 ,其中以血虚证为主占 73.8% ,单纯肝血虚证者不多 ,仅 9.5 2 % ;贫血患者的证型分布与贫血病种无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。patients with anemia were investigated according to differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the results showed:A high rate of symptoms of Xuexu Syndrome was found in the patients with anemia. All of the 84 patients with anemia had different Syndromes of Chinese Medicine, there were 13 Syndromes of Chinese Medicine in these patients.Among these Syndromes,Xuexu Syndrome was Observed mostly.Only 9.52% patients with anemia had the Syndrome of Ganxuexu.There was no relationship between distribution of syndromes of Chinese Medicine and causes of anemia.
