摘　　要：教师的角色研究是一个永恒的话题。从管理学视角出发,研究教师"项目管理者"角色定位的可行性,并以湖南一师英语演讲培训为例探讨"教学项目"成功的四大要素:一致的目标、严谨的规划、严格的过程监督、持续有效的沟通。Research on teacher＇s role has never stopped. Starting from the perspective of management and based on the experience of English speech training in Hunan First Normal University, the paper studies the possibility and feasibility of a teacher as a teaching project manager, and analyzes the four factors that promote the success of a teaching project： common goals, precise program, strict process supervision, consistent and effective communication.
