摘　　要：随着我国高校教育改革的深化,高校工会工作面临许多新情况、新问题。文章阐述了新形势下高校工会工作的特点及现状,提出了加强新形势下高校工会工作的对策和建议。Along with the deepening of higher education reform in our country, trade union work in colleges and universities is facing many new questions. In order to solve these problems and give full play to the functions of trade unions, this paper elaborates the characteristics and current situations of the trade union work in colleges and universities under the new situation, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening this work.
