摘　　要：通过分析全国武术功力大赛流星打靶的规则和方法,结合自身和获得流星打靶女子组冠军王茜的比赛经验,作以对比分析,研究其有效的训练方法,最终提出在高职院校推广该项比赛项目,以宣扬武术精神,促进流星打靶运动,提高运动比赛水平。In this paper, the rules and the method of meteor hitting are analyzed intended for National Wushu Gongli Competition. Combined with personal experience and the game experience obtained by Wang Qian, the champion of Women Meteor Hitting, the effective training methods are discussed in com- parison. It is proposed to popularize the game in vocational colleges to promote the spirit of martial arts and raise the athlete＇s competition level.
