摘　　要：高校不断扩招给高职院校学生的就业带来了严重的压力,加强高职学生就业能力培养,已成为高等职业教育面对的严峻课题。文章在辨析就业能力概念及构成要素的基础上,对我国高职学生就业竞争能力不足和形成原因作以分析,并围绕培养高职学生就业能力的路径与具体方略进行了探讨。Enrollment expansion in universities makes it harder for vocational college students to seek jobs. To improve their job-hunting ability becomes a severe subject for higher vocational education. On the basis of discussing the concept and elements of vocational college students＇job-hunting ability, this paper discus- ses its defects and causes in order to study the realistic way and the implementation strategies to improve vocational college students＇job-hunting ability.
