摘　　要：2012年国家高度重视海洋渔业的发展,推动现代渔业产业体系构建,全国海洋渔业实现增加值3 652亿元,保持稳步增长;与此同时,国家对渔业的投入进一步加大,海产品安全监管和供给能力明显加强,海产品价格整体上涨;海洋资源损害赔偿取得突破进展,为以后处理类似事件提供了经验。China attached great importance to the development of marine fishery in 2012, and promote building of the modern fishery industry system. The added value of marine fisheries economy reached 365.2 billion yuan, and it maintained a steady growth; At the same time, China further strengthened the investment in the fisheries and seafood safety regulation and supply capacity was obviously improved. Seafood prices increased on the whole; A breakthrough Compensation for marine resources damage was made progress, thus providing experience for the treatment of similar incidents in the future.
