小切口白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析巩膜隧道小切口白内障囊外摘除术联合人工晶体植入术在治疗白内障疾病的临床疗效。方法对210只眼白内障患者的手术进行总结,观察视力恢复情况及术中术后并发症。结果 210只眼手术均获成功,术后裸眼视力≥0.5者172只眼(占81.9%)。手术主要并发症为后囊破裂3只眼(占1.4%)和角膜水肿15只眼(占1.4%)。结论该手术方式疗效满意,术后视力恢复快,并发症少,适宜在基层医院推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combined use of small-incision extraeapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation on cataract. Methods 210 eyes cyf cataract operation were summarized, to observe the recovery of visual acuity and complications. Results Successful operations were performed on 210 cases of cataract, with the postoperative naked vision being equal to or higher than 0.5 in 172 eyes（81.9%）. The main complications were posterior capsular rupture in 3 eyes（1.4%）and corneal bedewing in 15eyes（1.4%）. Conclusion The combined use of small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraoeular lens implantation can produce good effect on cataract.
